Working with Kelly was wonderful. Kelly introduced Properties to us that surpassed properties we were finding through the traditional Kansas City Apartment magazines. She was persistent in keeping in touch with us despite our busy changing schedule. Our planes changes several times and we probably difficulty customers to get in touch with, but her level of customer service and optimism remained constant.

The help we got was splendid! I was expecting our Apartment hunting week to be stressful but it ended up being stress free due to the help we got from Apartment Connections. We got to actually spend our time looking at Apartments that suited our wants instead of trying to find where those Apartments were.
